The World of Charles and Ray Eames

I conceived and curated this major touring exhibition, which opened at the Barbican Art Gallery in 2015. It was the first survey exhibition on the Eameses and their expansive body of work since 2000. The exhibition was developed in partnership with the Eames family and Eames Office; and included lenders such as MoMA, New York, Vitra, The Henry Ford, and the Library of Congress, among others.

The World of Charles and Ray Eames was designed by 6a Architects and John Morgan Studio. Photographs by David Grandorge. The exhibition toured for 3 years to museums and galleries in Portugal, Sweden, Belgium, Germany and the USA.

The accompanying catalogue was produced by Barbican Art Gallery with Thames & Hudson, and designed by John Morgan Studio. See the Books section for more information
